The main square was a pleasant place to sit and watch the world go by. There are plenty of decent shops, but lacking a good independent pasticceria. You can still buy pastries from cafes and one of the many supermarkets.
You won't be stuck for a decent pizzeria as there are several. Il Grottino and Spano's do a good take away as well as eating in. You can eat well in one of the many spaghetteria.
People are mainly friendly and helpful. Driving isn't difficult.
One of the best, tastiest meals we had was the street vendor near the tower: The Sunrise Street Food. You can sit outside and enjoy the view across a bay. The food is excellent!
Rubbish needs to be taken to one of the recycling points (behind the police station).
There's a very touristy looking restaurant overlooking the Rena Bianca beach, but it sells good gelati! Don't be put off.
The Rena Bianca beach is gorgeous. The water is so clear. I will definitely be going back.
Ooh yes, the highlight for my son was seeing a wild boar in town!

I didn't find there was much to see/do, some restaurants/shops were close to the hotel. For me this was a stop over to wait out the ferry that did not sail to Corsica, my actual destination, due to the cyclone.
This would not be a location I would return to, except if I was getting the ferry again..

such a wonderful boutique hotel. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. The rooms are a good size with air conditioning and a balcony. The room was cleaned daily and the location is perfect for exploring while being nice and quiet at night. The upstairs lounge and plunge pool was a nice place to relax after a day exploring. And Antonella was so kind in helping us book everything and recommended places to go. Will definitely stay here again!
An excellent apartment, very clean, includes everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, including espresso machine and coffee capsules. The location is central, close to countless restaurants, shops, ice cream kiosk. Gianni is very nice, easy to contact, very prompt to respond, check in easy. The apartment looks better than in the pictures, completely renovated, and very nicely renovated. We will definitely return.
Central Location, good restaurants and shops nearby, good, prompt and friendly communication with the host, comfy beds, fairly well equipped with tv, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. Air con was helpful on the hotter days but not sure if it would be sufficient in very hot weather. The pool area was quiet and lots of sun loungers. The apartment served our needs and was a good, practical base for our holiday.
The location of this hotel is perfect. You can watch the sunset over Corsica form the spacious terraces on the upper floors. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. This is a great choice in Santa Teresa, which is a lovely seaside town, much more rustic and soulful than the resorts further east on the Costa Smeralda.
The location was in a nice quiet part of town. The hotel was bright and cheerful in its mediteranean decoration in rooms and Italian modern decorative features throughout lobby areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It has its own restaurant & bar area.
Nice, friendly family run hotel close to the centre of town. Individually designed rooms, even down to a colour coordinated fridge, and all had small balconies with drying facilities. Good quality bedding and towels. Very good leisurely breakfast.
Lovely quiet hotel 20 minutes walk from the centre of town. Room excellent, breakfast good, everything very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good car park too. Pool excellent and kept very clean
This is a charming family run hotel that offers the best value in town. I loved the supply of toiletries & the balcony with the apparatus to dry hand washable in the ever-present Sardinian sun!
The hotel is super nice and very private. The service provided it is excelent, not to mention the breakfast that was spectacular. Super recomended hotel to make your stance in Sardinia great.
True 4 star hotel in amazing location. Great room with fabulous terrace and view. Beach 2 minutes walk. Private beach facilities well organised. Short walk to range of restaurants.
A great space with very large outdoor deck. Modern and clean. Close to ferry port and a close distance to the center of town. It was perfect for a short stay for a family of four.
Cinzia was a absolutely incredible. The property was lovely. The rooms exceptional. The views were cool too. Santa Teresa was an incredible town. We can’t wait to come back.
