Lovely hotel, had everything I needed. Friendly staff and very good customer service. Hotel in town centre so very short stroll to pubs, restaurants, attractions train/bus station etc. Lovely park just down the street from the hotel, aka the rose garden, walked it a few times while I was here. Both breakfast and dinner service were very good. I liked the hotel bar thought it was nice. I would consider staying here again.

When we pulled up, someone immediately came out and found us a space to park the car (for free!) Good spacious receptions rooms and bedrooms. Very close to centre of Tralee, maybe three minutes walk

We have stayed in Ballygarry hide hotel maybe times over the years, and would have made more trips if Covid had never intervened. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Tralee!

Absolutely wonderful, we stayed in the Lodge and the room had so much character and charm, such a classic feel and super private and comfortable! A beautiful bath featured in the main room, yet there was a huge shower and separate bathroom too. The bed was extremely comfy and robes / towels / slippers etc all provided. The restaurant was fantastic, we received excellent service, along with excellent food and drinks. The wolfhounds were so friendly and curious and followed us back to the lodge each time, so fun!

The hotel was spotless and every member of staff we met where extremely helpful. There was so much choices for breakfast which we where not expecting at all. The rooms have everything you need with added little touches like lavender spray for your pillow.
