A real pity to see this landmark guest house fall from grace. While the guest rooms were clean and comfortable, the property is nowhere close to being a 4 star Blue Book guesthouse. Breakfast was fine, with Ann’s homemade brown bread being a highlight; however it was a real pity that the full breakfast was nothing special and the scrambled eggs inedible. Most disappointing was the seafood open sandwich which included some questionable tinned fish and didn’t seem to include any fresh seafood on the plate at all. We were hoping for a much nicer experience but it wasn’t worth €200 bnb so we won’t be back.

Was pleased to receive the information about parking nearby however did not receive the text with key code. The host was very friendly and generously provided a lovely continental breakfast as an extra.
