Spacious, modern, clean, amazing pool, very close to the airport which was great for us as we had a long flight so was great to have a short transfer.
The best part was the host Harris, what a lovely lovely man. He went above and beyond for us. He kept in touch with me through the entire booking, arranged our transfer taxi both ways and came into our room with the most amazing breakfast ready for us for only a small amount more to pay. We were so impressed and will return here if we come to Santorini again. :)

The sea!The villa has a unique location quiet and peaceful and practically on the beach. We were treated daily to the gentle sounds of the waves of the Aegean. Our hostess was attentive and kind. Her mums homemade spinach pie and marble cake were a treat. The best well stocked ivilla I have encountered.Every need was catered for.

We chose to stay at the studio kocis on our last day in Santorini since we had an early flight in the morning and it was close to the airport. The hotel was nice, cool, and clean. The beds were so comfy and the shower was the best! Our host was very friendly, helped us get food delivered and gave us a ride to the airport in the morning.if we stayed longer it would have been nice to rent a motorcycle or car to explore the area more. The facilities in the room were great. Had a nice fridge, coffe/tea station and beautiful bathroom. This family owned villa has so much potential!

Not the area I would recommend for those expecting the Santorini experience you see in pictures unless you just want to be close to the beach and then plan your transportation to get to areas with more to do and see. If you’re a family that can come more often, or don’t mind driving yourself around it’s a good value.

4 restaurants, a large beach, especially for families, as the sea is below 70 cm deep for more than a hundred meters.
You can take the bus to Fera, and from there all over the island.
The airport is on walking distance (2 km), but don't walk it when its hot.
It is a very small airport, so you can endure the rising planes.
The Italian restaurant at the corner serves also under the trees across the street. After 19.00 that's the best place to be, in the shadow, near the sea.

The hand delivered Breakfast with three options is something you dont see these days . Absolutely smashing array of local delights. Having spent 4 days in Santorini and savoring the sights of Oia and Fera , the beautioful attractions as shown in brochures , I recommend a more isolated area like Monolithos and especially the Mylithos suites, it was an oasis in a hilly and barren location with a lot of local residences - walking into lovely eateries by the beach road. It is for those travelers who prefer places "off the beaten path"

Going there over winter break (Christmas week) we did not anticipate any crowds, but there were several areas that were absolutely closed for the season. But there were plenty of places still open for food and shopping, and we enjoyed the lack of crowds as it helped us get fantastic photo shots of both sunrises and sunsets. A rental car is a must, and the of Oia was particularly enjoyable.

What I liked most was the layout of the hotel, which was right next to the beach. We rented a motorbike to drive the whole island. Monolithos is a quiet place where you have a beach, a shop, restaurants, fast food. The beach is long and also suitable for surfing, kiting.
AN excellent example for Greek hospitality. A family owned boutique hotel. Yiannis and Tasos amazing persons , ready to help you anytime and make your stay more than comfortable. Excellent food and amazing location. Excellent for couples and families. Maria the third person she is a unique personality with a warm smile always. I haven't been to the island over 10 years Those guys made my return something unforgettable for me and my daughter.
The hotel was only open one month when we stayed there, everything new and clean! But what really makes this property shine is the love and dedication of the family that runs it. Their commitment is to their customers’ needs. They alway greet you with a smile and make sure that your Santorini stay is pleasant and exciting. Room service is excellent. Our breakfast was exceptional and plentiful every morning. We highly recommend my Lithos!
Excellent hospitality by the two managers-owners Giannis and Tasos. Politeness and great service are everywhere by everyone working there. Very clean and spacious rooms. Also, every place in the hotel is clean and very carefully decorated. The hotel offers great breakfast with homemade jams, bread, baquettes and many more. Great food and homemade sweets. Every little thing composes a great experience for everyone visiting DL Santorini.
I must commend the hotel owners for their exceptional service throughout my stay. They were always polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's breakfast offerings were truly impressive.
Thank you for the warm welcome, and for the quality of service throughout our stay, everything was excellent, from breakfast to the quality of the infrastructure.
Perfect location, right on the very family friendly (shallow no rocks) beach. Monolithos is a small village thus its trivial to find the property and get to a few available restraints. Kitchen is fully equipped with gadgets to make a quick meal for the family.
A close by bus stop makes it easy to commute to other locations on the island.
The hotel is super close to the airport and a short walk away from a beautiful beach. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our rooms very really nice and clean with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet offered many options and everything was good.
everything was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel restaurant served really tasty food and the prices were cheaper than in the city. overall everything was superb !
Lovely pool area, only 5 rooms so had it to ourselves a lot
Very clean
A handful of good restaurants in the locality
Wasn’t disturbed by aircraft noise due to the soundproofing of the rooms.
Great family run hotel
Egzim was a phenomenal host going the extra mile and providing for us whenever we needed. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Two minute walk away from Monolithos family beach.
property was very clean and comfortable with a short walk’s distance to Monolithos beach. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast every morning was great.
Nice staff, good breakfast. The hotel is in the front of Monolithos Beach. Near to the hotel are three taverna and one market. Good value for the money.
