Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Just writing another review because I ended up booking this hotel again. We originally were going to stay for 1 night here, but it ended up being 2 nights and it was great! Thank you to the helpful staff of this hotel! And thank you for giving us chocolates!

In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. I was impressed by the design of the loft. Although it can be quite cramp for a group of 4, we learnt how to manouveur our way around so it wasn't a problem after 10 minutes into entering the room. The staff were so friendly. The balcony had an amazing view of village. 10/10 will recommend.

The check-in staff ( Karen) was responsible for upgrading our room so that we had such visibility from our balcony. Karen also accommodated us by keeping our luggage since we arrived early. We travelled to 5 cities in Switzerland as a party of 4. We all agreed that our stay in Zermatt at Hotel Arcxa Soilebad & Spa was our favorite!
