It was spacious and had just about everything except a tea kettle to boil water and a teapot. Otherwise we had difficulty finding the property at first but when we found it if was so very comfortable and quite good location for the road to Zermatt. Great to have a large Coop store close by.

Free WiFi is available, as well. PSL is very cute and cozy. There are not a lot of places like this one in Zermatt giving u a true Matterhorn view. Location is great but challenging a bit if walking. Brigitte is so nice and helpful. It was our one of the best staying in Zermatt since 2006. God bless The Swiss Confederation and all people living there!!

At the aparthotel, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The room are absolutely perfect and gorgeous. Nice wood floor and a brandnew rainshower + toilet. For me a perfect place what feels like home. Especially you can go into the sauna everyday day from 4pm what have a: -Steam Sauna -Finnland Sauna -Normal Sauna -Infrarot seat -Relaxing place I enjoyed every day after ski the sauna without extra cost. This hotel gives you everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. Room are exactly like the pictures.

Very clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay. thank you to Jobeth who was amazing and gave us the warmest welcome upon arrival. She was also there throughout our stay to help with anything that we needed help with

An oven and microwave are also featured, as well as a coffee machine. Every unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a hair dryer. Towels are offered. Beautiful and peaceful place. Apartment had all we needed, view was excellent and beds were comfortable. Quality overall was good too. Complex surroundings are lovely and well presented. People in the local village are very friendly. Sauna and swimming pool are clean and organised. Extra towels were always available. Water and sauna temperatures were comfortable. Staff were polite, efficient and courteous. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return on winter to enjoy the snow. P.S. This neither positive nor negative, just an observation. Some guests prefer to visit saunas nude. This may or may not be comfortable for different people. Just something to keep in mind.
