Friendly and very helpful staff Big room Spacious Bathroom Very close to the lakes boat ride terminals 3 Indian and many vegan restaurants around with good food Bus 19 and 1 just outside and the staff gave us free bus pass for 2 days so travelling was easy with buses every 5 mins.

In a welcome note the manager said "welcome to our little paradise by the lake" and it certainly was. The view was perfect, the staff so so welcoming and the perfect location for touring the area (we even got as far as Grindelwald on one day trip). Our breakfast each morning was lovely and really set us up for the day. The hotel has a beautiful garden to relax in for morning coffee or an evening drink. we only had dinner once in the hotel but it was superb, I would give it a food guides star!! Finally and to mention the staff again, they made our perfect stay a fantastic stay.......thank you so much.
