The owner-run Hotel Splendide is located about a 3-minute walk from the centre of Crans-sur-Sierre and 400 metres from the cable car, and offers panoramic mountain views. The stuff is very helpful. Location was perfect.

Situated right on the banks of the Grenon Lake, the Hotel du Lac in Crans Montana features a lakeside restaurant with a terrace, offering superb views of the Valais Alps. The location is an easy walk into the center of either Crans or Montana and is right on a beautiful lake. Breakfast is fabulous and I found the rate exceptionally reasonable.

Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours is peacefully located in a stylish chalet in Crans Montana, in the Swiss Alps. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. It is so cute and reminds me of what I would expect a luxury log cabin to be like. However, the best part by far was the staff. They are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met!
