Accomodation is exactly as on photos. Room is clean, and relatively spacious for a single one. Comfortable bed and linen. All good with location. 10/10 despite the budget and non-luxurous stay.

Family-run for over 160 years, the Hotel Kreuz is a traditional country inn in a quiet location in the Canton of Solothurn, 30 minutes away from Basle. A charming family run hotel in a nice village within 1 hour drive from Basel downtown. Big rooms, very easy check-in, excellent breakfast. Exceptional quality/price ratio. Newly built Hotel directly by the river and two minutes walking distance from the main station and the old city centre. The rooms come with a private bathroom and a minibar. The location is perfect. The center is reachable in a few minutes. My dog was greeted with the finest dog food and bowls for his convenience. The front desk staff is very friendly. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom is clean.
