Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. View is hard to beat. I can see Matterhorn from my bed and watch sun shine on it in the morning. Amazing! Room and bathroom are super clean and comfortable. May be a tad warm to my taste, but not much can be done, it's central heating. Breakfast is great, you can get a variety of healthy options. Sauna is new and clean, I had it to myself every day, at 4:30 it's still empty. Staff if helpful and friendly. There are drinks you can have for additional charges, sort of like mini bar but at the reception. Quite nice to have a beer after sauna.

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. This is a nice small hotel in central Zermatt. It's about 200m from the train station. A bit tricky to find at first if you are not watching for the Apoteke of the same name underneath. It's a very nice small place and a good price in Zermatt.

The hotel was awesome. We were in the Star & Sky room which was fabulous. Lucas (front desk) greeted us and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info we needed for the area. The spa was a fabulous addition to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The design of the hotel was incredible and well thought out.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. This hotel is fantastic. The room was spacious, beds comfy and immaculately clean. We had a room with a view of the Matterhorn which was fabulous. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the station. The spa facilities are amazing with a pool, jacuzzi, onsen, steam and sauna. The massage is one of the best we've ever had! The hotel is also fantastically equipped for children from the bedding in the cot to the play area with soo many toys to the children's pool area with slide and again soo many toys. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, you will not be disappointed!
